We want every guest to have a peaceful, memorable stay at Lembah Kali Riverside Estate. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking, payment, and cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage availability effectively:

• 21+ Days Notice: Full refund of the booking total.

• 14 – 20 Days Notice: 25% refund of the booking total.

• 0 – 13 Days Notice: No refund issued.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, we require:

• 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

• 50% balance due 7 days prior to check-in.

Please note:

• Proof of payment is required for all transfers.

• Pay & Clear is necessary for confirmation.

• Card payments are welcome but carry a 4% card issuer fee.

Booking Conditions

Lembah Kali is a peaceful, nature-focused retreat—not a venue for parties or events.

• No sound systems or loud music are permitted under any circumstances.

• Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours and surrounding wildlife, helping us maintain the serenity that makes this place so special.

• We do not allow events or functions on the property.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 1:00 PM

• Early check-in may be available upon request, with advance notice.

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Pet Policy

We love welcoming furry friends to Lembah Kali! Pets are allowed with prior arrangement—please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing any along, so we can prepare accordingly.
